At Sumever, we aim to deliver your favorite smart home and wellness products quickly, safely, and affordably — no matter where you are in the world.

We operate using a dropshipping model, which means your items are shipped directly from our verified suppliers, located in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed

  • When your order ships, you will get a tracking number via email

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

🇺🇸 United States

  • US Warehouse Products: 4–8 business days

  • International Warehouse Products: 10–15 business days

🌍 International Shipping (Outside U.S.)

  • Standard International: 12–25 business days

  • Times may vary based on customs, local delivery speed, and holidays


3. Shipping Costs

  • U.S. Orders over $50Free Standard Shipping

  • U.S. Orders under $50Flat rate: $4.95

  • International Shipping: calculated at checkout based on location

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also log in to your Sumever Account to track the status.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate after shipment.


5. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to stock location, supplier handling, or shipping method. You’ll receive tracking for each package if shipped separately.


6. Delays or Lost Packages

While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather disruptions

  • Local delivery conditions

  • Carrier strikes

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact our team at support@sumeverlimited.com and we’ll assist promptly.


7. Customs & Import Taxes (For International Orders)

You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees your country may impose. Sumever is not liable for these charges.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, we may deduct shipping costs from any refund, if applicable.


8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
