We want you to love your Sumever purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Because we operate through a dropshipping model, return procedures vary slightly depending on the supplier, product category, and your delivery country.

Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item meets all the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Health, hygiene, or beauty items (e.g., massage tools, fitness wearables) that have been opened


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photo/video proof of damage or issue

  • Description of the problem

We will offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Or a full refund


3. How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team before returning any item.

  1. Email support@sumeverlimited.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

  2. Wait for our Return Authorization and return address instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card provider again

  • Contact your payment provider (some refunds take time to post)

  • Still no refund? Contact us at support@sumeverlimited.com


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.


7. Return Address

Because we work with multiple suppliers, the return address will be provided only after you contact us and we confirm the return. Do not send your return to our registered office address in Wyoming — doing so may result in the package being rejected or lost.
