Once your order ships, weโll email you a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your Sumever Account and view the tracking details under โOrders.โ
๐น What should I do if my tracking shows ‘delivered’ but I havenโt received it?
First, check with neighbors or building managers, and review the delivery location in your tracking. If it still canโt be located, please contact our support team within 7 days at support@sumeverlimited.com. Weโll assist with a resolution.
๐น Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us. After this window, your order may have already been processed and shipped, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

๐น How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the product’s warehouse origin:
U.S. orders: 4โ12 business days
International orders: 10โ25 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, or weather disruptions.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and customs processing vary by country. International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties.

Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return authorization is required, so please email support@sumeverlimited.com before returning anything.

We do not accept returns for:
Personalized/customized items
Health & hygiene products (e.g. opened skincare or wellness items)
Final sale items

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
