Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: U.S. shipping typically takes 4–12 business days. International shipping can take 10–25 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q: Will I be charged customs or import fees?
A: If you’re located outside the U.S., local customs or VAT fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At this time, we offer standard shipping only, to ensure affordable pricing and consistent tracking.

Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
A: Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If still not found, contact us at support@sumeverlimited.com for help.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
